Stuart Tacon, 30, started at Rocco’s as head chef in February 2008.

With a cheffing career of almost 15 years, Stuart promised to bring experience, character and new found flare to our humble restaurant.

Having worked in a number of venues in Norwich, Stuart settled into Rocco’s comfortably bringing with him a taste of the USA, boasting experience in flamboyant eateries spanning Florida and New York.

Embracing a cooking style that combines Classic techniques with modern flavours, Rocco’s Management were thrilled with their hidden treasure and eager to unfold the mystery of its new and most exciting recruit.

Drawing on his experiences and influences abroad, the Rocco’s Specials Menu is constantly changing... Introducing new dishes that deviate from the traditional Mediterranean inspired main Menu, experience a range of Appetizers, main Courses and Desserts perfected in the style of our promising and charismatic Head Chef..
