Broadening his horizons was the catalyst to Peter’s love for Asian Cuisine with its delicate and complex Flavours. Continuing in his quest for knowledge and expansion of his skills, Peter found himself settled for a short time in the South of Spain, finding there, a love for the flamboyant and colourful Mediterranean style.
