About You

• Rocco’s requires lively, fun and enthusiastic staff members who will deliver quick efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• You understand the requirements of working in an entertainment venue. The hours that you will be required to work - Weekends, late nights, Bank & Seasonal Holidays.

About the Position

• To collect and wash Glasses as required, ensuring that tables and customer areas do not get cluttered and breakages are kept to an absolute minimum.
• To ensure that the bar is sufficiently stocked with Glasses and Products for the nights operational session.
• To ensure that all tables are kept clean and tidy. To periodically check floor areas for debris, breakages and spills.
• To provide a welcome and constant level of communication with customers – maintaining cordial relationships at all times.
• To clear any areas where there is broken glass or crockery, to clean and dry any area which is wet from a spillage. (These items are to be Prioritized considering customer safety) To keep customer areas debris free.
• To clean up your work area at the end of every session.
• To report any accidents and defect or damage to equipment/premises to management immediately
• To refer any customer complaints to your supervisor or Management without delay.
• To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times.

In addition to these duties and responsibilities, the Glass Collector/Washer is required to carry out ANY other reasonable duties requested by management.
