About You

Experience preferred but not essential
Rocco’s requires lively, fun and enthusiastic staff members who will deliver quick efficient and exceptional service at all times.
You understand the requirements of working in an entertainment venue. The hours that you will be required to work - Weekends, late nights, Bank & Seasonal Holidays.

To ensure that the bar is correctly set out, your service station is clean and tidy and that the workable area is fully supplied throughout your shift.
To have a complete knowledge off all available products on the drinks tariff and their prices (Cocktails where applicable).
To have complete knowledge of how various drinks and products are presented and served.
To be fully aware of and work in the company’s established service procedure. To greet customers in a smiling, polite and friendly manner – Maintaining a cordial relationship at all time
To always work safely and in a manner which is without risk to others.
To check and sign for your float at the start of your shift
To accurately ring each item into the till, collect the adequate amount, carefully check and prepare customers change.
To conform fully to the company’s policy on tips received (nb: Staff are not allowed to take personal effects or money to their work stations.
To be aware of and assure adherence to British Licensing Laws
To refer customer complaints to Supervisor or Management immediately.
To maintain the highest standard of presentation, personal cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

In addition to these duties and responsibilities the Bar tender is required to carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.
